The gated community of Senterra consists of 162 home sites and is the largest of the three sub-divisions of Fairbanks Ranch. Construction of Senterra began in 1986 by Ray Watt and Ross Sutherland was the main architect. Even though Senterra is technically part of the Carmel Valley community, residents can pick up their mail in Rancho Santa Fe.
